We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our Karratha clinic on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong healthcare leader to take ownership of clinic operations, lead a passionate team, and drive business growth in a well-established practice.

THE ROLE

Working approximately 38 hours per week (with some flexibility), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic while supporting strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and continues to deliver outstanding healthcare services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the smooth daily operations of the practice
• Coordinate and liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Lead, mentor, and manage administration and nursing staff
• Monitor accounts, budgets, finance management, and IT systems
• Deliver exceptional patient service and communication
• Drive business development with a focus on Occupational Health services
• Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Practice Manager role
• Previous experience within General Practice or Occupational Health (highly regarded)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A strong commitment to customer service
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Experience using medical software (desirable but not essential)
• Current CPR Certificate
