We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team on a full time basis and lead our practice towards continued success. About the Opportunity: The Dental Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards. Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining exceptional service quality. Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs. Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly. About You: Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting. Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting. Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
