What you'll be doing
- Assess client migration needs and develop tailored strategies to achieve successful visa applications
- Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all requirements are met
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies to provide accurate and compliant advice
- Advocate on behalf of clients in dealings with the Department of Home Affairs
- Assist clients with gathering relevant documentation and preparing supporting evidence
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships throughout the migration process
- Stay informed of industry changes and developments to continuously improve our service offering
What we're looking for
- Registered Migration Agent qualification and current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Registered Migration Agent or in a similar migration advisory role
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian visa categories, application processes and immigration legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex migration cases
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving positive outcomes for clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
