In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with our dental team and report to the Practice Manager. Plus, with a variety of procedures and a collaborative environment, there's plenty of opportunity to grow your skills and expand your knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort. Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilise dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organised treatment area. Inventory Management: Monitor dental supply levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organised. Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience. Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.
