- Ability to independently plan, lay out, install, and inspect all rigging gear required for complex and non-standard weight handling operations, even in confined spaces or areas without crane access.
- Ability tolead a team, providing clear instructions, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met, while mentoring junior riggers on advanced techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve most work problems independently, manage all worksite materials, and keep supervisors informed of project status, potential delays, and resource needs.
- Ability to provide expert guidance based on a comprehensive knowledge of current rigging practices and technical documentation.
