We're looking for a Junior Integration Developer to join our Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career developer who is passionate about APIs, automation, data integration, and enterprise technology.
Working within our integration platform, you'll help develop, support and maintain integrations across clinical, workforce, finance, operational and customer systems. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure and scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system integrations, APIs and connectors
- Configure, test and support integration processes
- Build data mappings and transformation logic between systems
- Monitor integration performance and investigate issues
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution
- Participate in technical design, code reviews and project delivery
- Work with data formats including JSON, XML, CSV and database records
- Maintain technical documentation and support materials
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
About You:
You'll bring:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
- 1-3 years' experience in software development, integration development, application support or a similar technical role
- Understanding of API and integration concepts
- Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, XML and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Highly Regarded
- Exposure to enterprise integration platforms or workflows
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Experience developing automation or workflow solutions
- Exposure to integrated application environments
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams
