The Role

  • You'll be part of a small, hands-on team supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

  • Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

  • Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepancies

  • Manage returns, damaged stock, and nonconforming inventory

  • Use our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintain accurate records

  • Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, including safe manual handling and use of PPE

  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed)

  • Coordinate with sales teams and freight providers to support smooth inbound and outbound deliveries

  • Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment

  • Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes

What we need

  • A reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented approach to work

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Physically fit for hands-on, active warehouse work

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes

  • Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook and Excel)

  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience

  • Australian working rights
