Supporting key projects and business operations, this is a varied role where you can make an immediate contribution. While the role is ideally three days per week, we are open to discussing the right part-time arrangement for the successful candidate. This role will involve supporting project work, maintaining accurate records across multiple systems, communicating with clients to collect information and assisting with a range of administrative and compliance-related activities. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organised, process-driven work and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. Key Responsibilities Support a variety of internal projects and business initiatives Update and maintain information across internal systems and databases Scan, organise and manage client documentation and records Contact clients to collect information and follow up on outstanding documentation Assist with ASIC annual statements and related administrative processes Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date Support the wider team with administration and project coordination as required Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows About You Experience in administration, office support or client services is a plus, though not essential - we'll show you what you need to know Able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicating with clients by phone and email Comfortable learning to use databases, CRM systems or business platforms A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment Published on 28 Aug 2026, 5:50 AM
