About the role
- $36.23 base rate + Penalty rates, Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.

Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care that supports residents’ daily living, dignity and wellbeing
- Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Support residents with meals, mobility, hygiene and social engagement
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Contribute to a warm, respectful and supportive care community
- Follow workplace health, safety, clinical and compliance requirements
About you
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
- Nursing student
- A caring approach, strong communication skills and commitment to resident wellbeing
- Reliability and availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required
- Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check, NDIS Worker’s Clearance and pre-employment medical
