- HSEQ Leadership: Lead and enforce world-class Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality compliance across all Kanadevia Inova and subcontractor teams, with full authority to halt work if safety is compromised.
- Interface & Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary face of civil works to site management and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration with cross-functional mechanical and electrical (M&E) teams.

- Proven Experience: A strong background as a Civil Construction Manager or EPC Project Manager within the heavy industrial, utilities, power generation, or refinery business.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing complex industrial subcontracts, technical tender top-sheet reviews, and cost forecasting.
- Safety Credentials: Holds a valid White Card, SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent, and a recognized construction safety card (e.g., RIW, CSCS, or equivalent industrial credentials).
