Trades Assistant - MRC
We are looking for a talented Trades Assistant to join our high performing team at our Master Rebuild Centre in Carole Park, QLD.
In this role you will operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
- Follow standard work, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
- Operate manual and automated equipment to meet production, quality, and cycle time targets.
- Perform inspections, identify nonconforming material, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area and complete basic equipment care.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support staff to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively and complete required training.
- Identify, report, and address safety and environmental hazards; use required PPE.
- Remain flexible and perform additional duties as needed.

Additional Information
Full Time / 38 hours per week
Overtime as required - Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
All your Safety equipment / PPE / Uniforms are provided and laundered
Domestic Relocation may be offered for the right candidate
Local Valid Drivers License (Preferred)
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Any related mechanical work experience
- Punctual and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Previous factory, manufacturing, or related mechanical work experience
- Great time management, process driven and ability to prioritise
