The Role We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Business Support Officer to join our Public Space Operations team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and business support, coordinate and prepare customer correspondence, and help deliver timely, accurate and professional responses to a diverse range of enquiries. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service and business support outcomes.
