Apply Job no: ETT43 Category: Nursing & Midwifery, Registered Nurse Position: Clinical Support Nurse Location: Across NCN Health EFT/Hours: 0.8 EFT (64 Hours Per Fortnight) Status: Permanent Part Time Hourly Rate: $58.3447 per hour plus 12% superannuation About the Role NCN Health is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse to join our Clinical Education team. The Clinical Support Nurse will provide direct clinical support, education and mentoring to graduates, newly appointed and less experienced employees to develop high-quality clinical care skills. The role may provide support across multiple departments and campuses. The Clinical Support Nurse will assess and respond to the individual clinical and educational needs of staff, students and graduates, providing instruction, guidance and constructive feedback to support safe and effective practice and ongoing professional development. The role will work collaboratively with Nurse Unit Managers, staff, preceptors and mentors to support clinical learning, monitor progress and contribute to student and graduate evaluations. The Clinical Support Nurse will also work collaboratively with Allied Health Educators, Learning and Development Coordinator and other members of the Education Group to promote a positive culture of learning, professional development and continuous improvement across the organisation. About You Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrable recent relevant clinical experience at a senior level Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Well-developed interpersonal and communication (listening, written and verbal) skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of people; Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team; Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise demanding and changing workloads; Possess strong professional ethics, including the ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in relation to sensitive matters.
