Digital & ECommerce Performance Executive

Purpose

Join Accor as our Sydney-based Digital and e-Commerce Performance Executive, Pacific. In this dynamic role, you will drive hotel digital performance across the region through hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns, rate parity monitoring, and stakeholder enablement. Centrally supporting our Extended Stay portfolio, this position balances active executional ownership with professional mentoring, preparing you to confidently transition into a strategic, manager-level e-commerce career within hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Support and execute digital marketing plans spanning SEO/AEO, SEM, metasearch, social media, and CRM/email platforms.
• Optimize Performance Levers: Monitor direct and indirect channels to implement data-driven actions that improve conversion rates, enhance cross-channel UX journeys, and uplift Accor App usage.
• Drive Indirect Revenue: Manage OTA competitiveness and rate parity, execute targeted OTA campaigns, and improve hotel Digital Health Scores.
• Enable Hotel Teams: Deliver training, troubleshooting, and platform support to upskill hotel teams and administer user access to digital tools.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Coordinate daily with hotel teams, regional stakeholders, and external agencies across multiple time zones.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or e-commerce (hospitality or travel industry experience is highly regarded).
• Familiarity with content management systems, web publishing tools, and basic SEO/CRO principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret channel performance data and recommend tactical optimizations.
• Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills, with a high level of agility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
