We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join the casual Nursing pool at Nepean Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for Nurses who value flexibility, variety and the ability to balance work with family, study or other commitments.

As an Enrolled Nurse in the casual pool, you will provide safe, compassionate and patient-centred care across a range of clinical settings. You will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team while contributing to a positive experience for patients and their families. You will have a genuine commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care, demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, be adaptable, reliable and confident working in a changing clinical environment, value flexibility and are keen to broaden their hospital-based experience.

What you will bring to the role

  1. Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2 with AHPRA.
  2. Demonstrated experience and clinical skill as a Enrolled Nurse (including completion of a new graduate year or equivalent experience working as an Enrolled Nurse)
  3. Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
  4. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  5. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
  6. Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
  7. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
