We're currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our ANZ Payroll team based at our Head Office in Ultimo.
About the Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager ANZ, you'll play a key role in supporting payroll operations across our diverse hotel portfolio throughout Australia and New Zealand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and delivering great service. You'll gain valuable exposure to Dayforce, our global people and payroll platform, while building capability across Payroll, Workforce Management, and Talent modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Process new team member onboarding and maintain employee records within Dayforce
- Review rosters, timesheets, and payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to payroll enquiries through our service desk system in a timely and professional manner
- Support leaders and team members to effectively navigate and utilise Dayforce
- Assist with payroll processing across Australia and New Zealand
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and payroll requirements
- Prepare payroll reports, people metrics, and workforce-related analysis
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements and process efficiencies
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working with detail, and takes pride in delivering accurate outcomes.
You will bring:
- Previous payroll experience, ideally 1+ years in a payroll or payroll support role
- Experience with Dayforce or another HRIS/payroll system (highly regarded)
- Understanding of Australian Modern Awards and industrial instruments (desirable)
- Strong numerical and analytical capability
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Unrestricted Australian working rights with no sponsorship requirement
