Fabric Maintenance Planner
To support our ongoing operations and ensure optimal performance, UGL are seeking a skilled Fabris Maintenance Planner to join our team in Perth CBD. This role will commence in ASAP, on a casual basis for an estimated 12-month duration. You will be a local Perth, WA resident and work a 5/2 roster.
The successful candidate will provide planning and execution support for Asset Integrity Maintenance campaigns, ensuring work scopes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to develop detailed work packs, schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies for a range of fabric maintenance activities.
Key responsibility areas:
Plan and coordinate fabric maintenance campaigns including:
Protective Coatings and Painting
Insulation
Passive Fire Protection (PFP)
Scaffolding
Develop detailed maintenance plans, schedules, resource requirements, and work packs.
Support execution teams during offshore and onshore maintenance campaigns.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
Coordinate inspection findings, maintenance recommendations, and remediation activities to maintain asset integrity.
Engage with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to optimise maintenance delivery and performance.
About you:
Extensive knowledge and hands-on exposure to:
Industrial coatings and painting systems
Insulation systems
Fireproofing and passive fire protection systems
Surface preparation and asset protection methodologies
Experience supporting asset integrity programs across:
Offshore oil and gas installations
Onshore oil and gas processing facilities
Strong technical expertise in applicable standards including:
AS/NZS
NACE
ASTM
ISO
NORSOK
Comprehensive understanding of fireproofing systems, certification requirements, and industry regulations.
Working knowledge of certification and classification requirements including:
Lloyd's Register
DNV
Bureau Veritas
API Standards
Proven experience planning and supporting execution of Fabric Maintenance or Asset Integrity campaigns in the energy sector.
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
