We are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing and are excited about contributing to the future of our Gympie Factory, home of our iconic coffee brands NESCAFE and INTERNATIONAL ROAST.

As a Manufacturing Shift Operator, you will play a critical role in our factory operations. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will help deliver production plans while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, hygiene and environmental compliance.

Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG operations

Experience operating or working around high-risk processing equipment

Experience using digital production systems, manufacturing software or electronic work instructions

Mechanical aptitude or experience supporting equipment troubleshooting and problem solving.

Additional Requirements
