As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative and process functions of the HR department in an accurate, effective manner. What you will do?

• Provide accurate advice to internal clients on HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies
• Conduct thorough investigations and disciplinary meetings in cases of discrimination, harassment, or other misconduct
• Review, update, and maintain all HR documentation, including position descriptions, employee handbooks, and manager toolkits
• Coordinate and manage the administration of Apprentice and Trainee requirements, including probationary and annual appraisals
• Oversee and administer training and development programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, maintaining LMS, and updating courses as needed

More about you

• Degree in human resources management or currently pursuing
• Background in the hospitality industry and Certificate 4 Workplace Assessment and Training preferred
• Previous experience in data base management, handling confidential information, and dealing with difficult workplace situations
• Understanding of various industrial tools such as Awards, EBA's, AWA's, and legal contracts
• Up to date knowledge and experience understanding HR Legislation
