You will serve as a EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST in the Australia Maintenance Support-220AU ofPEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF .

The location for this position is Garden Island, Australia.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: directing all material procurement, operational support and tracking, conducting analysis of process deficiencies AND reading and interpreting drawings and blueprint for systems and components to support material ordering and operability in accordance with specifications.

May be required to travel onboard submerged ships during at sea operations.

Required to obtain and maintain up to date training, qualification, or certification associated with federal employment, PHNSY and IMF AUKUS command, and technical program requirements applicable to the position.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
