Overview

Senior Associate Agile Program Management

As a Senior Associate in our Agile Program Management practice, you will play a key role in delivering impactful digital transformation initiatives that help organisations solve complex business challenges and create meaningful outcomes for their customers.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that offers the opportunity to work across diverse programmes, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions.

Success in this role requires strong communication, organisation and delivery management skills, along with the ability to take ownership, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate delivery across up to two Agile Scrum teams, helping deliver successful digital transformation outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Owners, engineers, designers and stakeholders to keep delivery on track and teams working effectively.
  • Support planning, governance, risk management and delivery reporting across programmes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote effective Agile ways of working.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-6 years' experience in Agile delivery, project management, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting delivery across one or more Agile Scrum teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and enabling effective team delivery.
  • Exposure to planning, governance, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to navigate changing priorities and contribute to successful delivery outcomes.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing environments is desirable but not essential.

Set Yourself Apart With

  • Experience managing multiple Agile teams or complex delivery workstreams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance, financial tracking, forecasting, and programme reporting.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a delivery, transformation, or consulting environment.
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
