Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Acute, Community and Residential Services. The successful candidate will: Embrace and actively promote our Values - Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & Togetherness Demonstrate high-level leadership skills and professional credibility Possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills Have a proven ability to build and sustain a positive, high-performing workplace culture Apply practical, analytical and logical problem-solving skills in complex environments Qualifications / Experience Post-graduate qualifications in Management Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Specialist Expertise To excel in this role, you will bring a strong combination of strategic leadership, technical expertise and people leadership, including: Developed knowledge of and hands-on experience with Activity Based Funding and Residential Funding Working knowledge of health accreditation standards, including National Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to conduct business and performance analysis and implement effective strategies The ability to set clear standards, targets and objectives - and achieve them by inspiring and influencing the performance of others Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and managing staff with confidence and compassion A proven track record of cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture Why Join Us?
