In this job you will:

This is an exciting opportunity within our Operations Excellence team. As a Superuser at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.

  • Support the Manhattan migration program
  • The central point of contact and support for WMOS
  • Support local operations to deliver continuous improvements across all sites/sectors
  • Drive best practice and current standards
  • Educate and support new business and startups with WMOS



You have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • Strong Manhattan & operational knowledge
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to become a change manager
  • Be self-managed and an influencer
  • Strong analytical or out of the box thinking
  • Computer Aptitude (both MSWord & MS Excel)
  • Passionate individual with high initiative
