Principal, Solution Design and Roadmaps

Help shape QTC's technology future.

We're looking for an experienced architecture professional to help drive technology strategy, solution design and roadmap planning across QTC.

Reporting to the Director, Architecture and Design, you will play a key role in shaping how technology decisions are made across the organisation. Working with business leaders, technology teams, deliverypartnersand vendors, you will help ensure technology investments, solution designs and roadmaps are aligned with strategicobjectivesand enterprise architecture.

This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology outcomes while helping evolve architecture, design and governance practices across QTC.

What you'll do

• Own andmaintainenterprise technology roadmapsacross QTC's systems and applications
• Align technology plans with businesspriorities, enterprise architecture, lifecyclerequirementsand strategic direction.
• Support architecture governance and promote consistency in technology design,standardsand decision-making.
• Develop andmaintainarchitecture artefacts, technicaldocumentationand technology planning assets.
• Partner with business stakeholders,project teams,vendorsand managed service providers to guide technology outcomes.
• Assess emerging technologies andidentifyopportunities to improve business capability, operationaleffectivenessand long-term value.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture and solution design practices across the organisation.

About you

You are a senior technology professional with strong architecture, solutiondesignand stakeholder engagement capabilities.

You'llbring:

• Significant experienceinenterprise architecture,solution architecture,technologystrategyor related disciplines.
• Proven experience developing and managing technology roadmapsin enterprise environments.
• Strong experience reviewing,shapingand assuring technology solution designs.
• Goodknowledge of enterprise architecture principles, enterpriseand cloud technologiesand technology governance practices.
• The ability to influence and guide outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong communicationskills and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into practical business decisions.
• A collaborative approach and a passion forbuilding capability, improving practices and delivering business value throughtechnology.

Whatyou'llneed

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, ComputerEngineeringor equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience delivering architecture and design services in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting emerging and AI-enabled technology initiatives.
