As the Direct Acquisition Growth Technology Specialist, you'll lead the implementation, integration, and optimisation of AdTech and MarTech solutions across Aware Super's digital acquisition ecosystem. Working closely with teams across marketing, analytics, technology, digital experience, compliance, brand, and product, you'll ensure our acquisition technology stack delivers measurable outcomes, supports campaign effectiveness, and enables continuous improvement. You will act as the bridge between media execution, marketing technology, data, and business strategy, helping to drive member growth through smarter technology and insights.

How do you exceed ourexpectations?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in digital marketing, AdTech, MarTech, or growth technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as SA360, CM360, DV360, Adthena, and dynamic creative technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition, performance marketing, attribution, and measurement.
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting tools including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations, data governance, consent management, and digital compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Google Marketing Platform or Google Ads certifications will be highly regarded.
