Your Role

As a Cook, you'll support our culinary teams in preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food across our restaurants, cafes and event venues. You'll work across kitchen sections, assist with daily preparation and contribute to smooth and efficient service.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes and quality standards.
• Support daily food preparation and service across a variety of kitchen sections.
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion and quality expectations.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and waste management.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

You're a passionate and dependable Cook who takes pride in producing quality food. You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, work well as part of a team and are eager to continue developing your skills.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Previous experience working as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid working rights in Australia for a minimum of six months.
• Open Australian driver licence preferred for some roles.
