RESORT ATTENDANT - PUBLIC FACILITIES

Hamilton Island is seeking a reliable and hardworking Resort Attendant to join our Public Facilities team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on opportunity to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our beautiful island while enjoying the benefits of living and working in paradise.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across public areas, including resort pathways, pool decks, restaurants, hotel lobbies and public restrooms.
• Work across a variety of indoor and outdoor locations, including hotels, beaches, resort pools and offices.
• Ensure all public spaces are clean, safe and visually appealing.
• Work closely with your team to deliver consistently high presentation standards.
• Follow a flexible roster based on operational requirements.

What We're Looking For

You are proactive, dependable and take pride in creating clean and welcoming environments. You enjoy working as part of a team, have strong attention to detail and are comfortable completing physically active duties in tropical conditions.

To be successful, you will need:

• A current and valid driver's licence - essential. A NAATI translation is required for overseas licences.
• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or manual labour.
• Strong attention to detail and a tidy, professional approach.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in tropical conditions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work a flexible roster.
• A team-focused approach and reliable work ethic.
