We are currently seeking a Integration & Reporting Engineer to join the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) Project, a transformative rail infrastructure program that will redefine passenger rail travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Delivered by the ActivUs Alliance, this landmark project will expand the rail corridor from two to four tracks between Kuraby and Beenleigh, while delivering major station upgrades, enhanced signalling systems and improved network capacity for South East Queensland.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Delivery Manager Rail Systems, the Integration & Reporting Engineer supports the successful delivery of the project through the development and maintenance of the reporting tools and systems used to plan, track and communicate works across possessions, integrated stage works, and testing and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain and improve reporting dashboards in Power BI covering possessions, stage works and T&C activities, including progress, look-aheads and performance measures.

Support the Possessions Manager with possession planning and reporting, including booking registers, possession utilisation and disruption reporting.

Support the Integrated Stage Works Manager with staging reports, interface trackers and readiness reporting across delivery packages.

Support the T&C Manager with test and commissioning trackers, certification status reporting and completion documentation.

Attend planning and coordination meetings to understand the works and ensure the tools reflect how the project actually operates.

Actively liaising with site teams and projectwide functional support teams to understand reporting needs and data sources

About You

Exposure to rail or infrastructure projects, and familiarity with possessions, staging or commissioning processes,

Working knowledge of Power BI and the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate),

Strong Excel skills and general data literacy, with the ability to structure, clean and interrogate data

Familiarity with planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and how programme data feeds Reporting

Experience with DAZ, Power Query, SQL or SharePoint/Dataverse highly desirable
