Coordinate and schedule technical activities on site while ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, relevant codes, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors and service suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard within project timelines. Liaise with project teams, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, drawing registers, specifications, and compliance records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Support a strong safety culture through active participation in site safety initiatives and adherence to HSE requirements. Recently completed Bachelor Degree in Construction or Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent trade experience Previous experience in a site based role Understanding of the principles of engineering, construction and architecture Construction White Card & Asbestos Awareness Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS Ready to build something great?
