Lead Engagement Assistant for a Holistic Wellness Coach in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

Monitor and respond to enquiries through Instagram and Meta Business Suite. Proactively initiate conversations with leads who have engaged with the business but have not entered the ManyChat automation. Build genuine rapport and have natural, empathetic conversations with prospective clients. Ask thoughtful questions to understand each person's enquiry and needs. Use client-provided conversation examples, sequences and templates while keeping communication personal and authentic. Identify suitable leads and guide them towards booking a call. Follow up with warm leads and people who have been invited to book but have not yet done so. Track lead conversations, statuses, bookings and required follow-ups using an agreed system. Maintain accurate records so no warm leads are lost within Instagram conversations. Track booked calls and assist with appropriate pre-call communication or reminders. Communicate professionally and sensitively when discussing personal or health-related matters. Attend team meetings and communicate with the client via Zoom.
