Hospitality Attendant | Rail

About the Role
Your primary job is to ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:

• A la carte restaurant service
• Bar and lounge service including table service
• Housekeeping on-train carriages
• Luggage handling
• Concierge services at each arriving and departing terminal; and
• Act as a host for guests on off-train excursions.

You will be required to work away from home for up to 7 days at a time. This role attracts an annual salary of $71,500.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service;
• Know your stuff, you've had fine dining or a la carte experience, been recognised for your strengths in guest service - you see everything through a guest centric lens;
• Have an energy that's dynamic and you have fun when you work - your smile will say it all;
• Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and a Senior first aid certificate (or willing to obtain).
