About the Opportunity

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Assistant Village Manager to join our Operations teams located at our Karratha Village in the Pilbara region of Western Australia

Full-time, Permanent Position Available.

This is an Assistant Village Manager role responsible for all village operations including employee development and management (including performance management), client relations, maintaining HSQE and ISO Quality Assurance Certifications, auditing, budgeting, and reporting.

Note: these roles may require candidates to undergo psychometric testing as part of the recruitment process.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated relevant work experience in a management or supervisory level role within the commercial hospitality industry

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or hospitality discipline (desirable)

  • Certificate II in Security Operations (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)

  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (RMLV preferred)

  • Advanced First Aid certificate (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)

  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening

  • A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain

  • Documentation to prove working rights within Australia

  • Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments

  • Competence to train / assist in staff training

  • Capability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent computer and administrative skills

  • Highly developed financial analysis skills

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
