Head of People Partnering - Supply Chain

Your Impact

This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive people strategy at real operational scale. As Head of People Partnering - Supply Chain, you will lead the HR strategic partnering function across Asahi Beverages' Supply Chain, reporting directly to the General Manager, People Partnering.

Partnering closely with our Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will align people initiatives to organisational goals, translating our Mid Term Plan into practical, high-impact people work. You will play a critical leadership role in delivering both our strategic projects roadmap and workplace relations strategy across Supply Chain, while building a high performing and resilient workforce through the leadership and guidance you provide to your People Partner team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic people plans that drive functional priorities and enable delivery of our Mid Term Plan
• Drive critical prioritisation and bespoke interventions for business problems, leveraging the expertise of our Centres of Excellence across People & Corporate Affairs to co-create a positive and resilient workplace
• Act as a trusted advisor, coaching and developing leaders and talent across the organisation, ensuring strong succession health and enabling diverse career experiences
• Lead and influence the workplace relations strategy across Supply Chain, navigating a complex industrial environment and delivering results through effective stakeholder engagement
• Champion the delivery of the strategic projects roadmap, co-piloting critical initiatives and holding accountability for outcomes
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of People Partners providing guidance, clarity and direction to build a high performing and connected function

About You

• Tertiary qualified in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
• Proven experience coaching and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic people solutions across workplace relations, cultural change or new ways of working
• Strong track record leading change and delivering results in a complex industrial relations environment
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop, implement and adapt HR strategies that align with evolving business goals
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions, underpinned by solid project management capability
