Seeking a dynamic Human Resources generalist Business Partnering role, supporting a variety of portfolios across two separate Health Service Directorates.

What you'll be doing
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides support and guidance to managers and staff on workforce related matters.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management.
  2. Demonstrated experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, change, job evaluation, recruitment and conflict resolution.
  3. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organisation, in a variety of formats and situations, including written and verbal communication skills.
