About the role

As a Community Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the health facility and within patients' homes. You'll play an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing and independence of people across the Wee Waa community. You'll also enjoy working Monday to Friday - say goodbye to night and weekend shifts!

You won't be working alone - you will be supported by the Senior RN's, Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) and Community Health Manager. You will also enjoy a being part of a wider, multi-discipline team including Allied Health and Medical staff. You'll work as part of a supportive team while building strong relationships with patients and helping them receive the care they need, closer to home.
Pursing further education and development is not only encouraged, but truly championed by a team where "growing your own" is a core value.

Requirements:

Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Authority to Practice with AHPRA
Current unrestricted Drivers Licence and willingness to travel for work purposes.
