In this job you will:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Fleet Allocator Supervisor to lead daily transport operations within our fast-paced Sydney network.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating fleet resources, optimising transport schedules, ensuring compliance standards are met, and leading a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding service outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fleet Allocator Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and oversee daily fleet allocation and transport operations to ensure service commitments are achieved
  • Coordinate and optimise delivery schedules, routes, and fleet utilisation
  • Build strong working relationships with drivers, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations, including Fatigue Management and Load Restraint requirements

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Proven experience in fleet allocation, transport scheduling, or transport operations
    • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a transport or logistics environment
    • Strong knowledge of transport logistics, fleet management, and delivery operations
    • Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and transport compliance
    • Excellent knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan transport network
    • The ability to prioritise competing demands and make decisions in a time-critical environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
