Hamilton Island is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our friendly IGA supermarket team. Located in the vibrant Marina Village, the IGA is a key part of island life, providing residents and guests with fresh produce, quality groceries, and everyday essentials.

Your Role

As a Retail Assistant, you'll ensure the store remains well-stocked, clean, and inviting, while delivering fast and friendly customer service. You'll rotate across several key areas of the supermarket - including cashier, deli, dairy, grocery, and replenishment.

• Willingness to work a rotating day shift roster across various departments.
