This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of complex control and automation projects within a collaborative, high-performing environment that values innovation, professional development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to define project scope, requirements, and technical solutions Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of control system solutions Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and aligned to client expectations Provide ongoing technical support and trusted advisory to clients Promote and uphold strong HSEQ standards across all project activities Experience and Skills Background in infrastructure or heavy industrial sectors Strong client engagement and communication capability Proven leadership and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Solid experience in control system architecture, design, and delivery Project delivery experience including planning, scheduling, and execution Minimum 7+ years' industry experience Demonstrated capability leading complex engineering projects end-to-end Experience with Yokogawa FAST/TOOLS is highly regarded Any exposure to CI Server or enterprise data/integration layers is advantageous Qualifications and Attributes Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Broad exposure across control system platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Adaptable, with a strong commitment to continuous learning High attention to detail and quality of output Safety-first mindset with practical, solutions-focused approach What We Offer We offer a competitive remuneration package and clear career progression aligned to your experience and goals.
