Customer Service / Presite Building Coordinator - Project Homes

Working for this secure building company, this role is responsible for contract and customer service from the handover from the sales team until the build goes to the site. You'll need to have a good understanding of HIA contracts, and attention to detail to ensure all contractual information is captured, you will be responsible for permits and assisting in colour selections.

The team environment is awesome, and you are reporting to a supportive operations manager. It is not a micro-managed environment and your experience in the housing industry will be valued.

Requirements:

• 2+ years working for a project home builder
• A good understanding of HIA contracts
• A can-do attitude
• Strong attention to details
• Like working in a drama-free environment

The role is based in Hamilton and there is parking close by.

It is paying a range between $80-93K + super

The role is available immediately, but we will wait for the right candidate.
