Our Building Services team is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-performance environments that support the digital infrastructure of tomorrow.
The Opportunity
You will support the digital delivery of Building Engineering services across multidisciplinary projects, with a strong focus on data centres and critical facilities. Working closely with engineers and project teams, you'll ensure BIM coordination is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with best practice.
What you'll be doing
- Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire), with a focus on data centre and mission-critical environments
- Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across multiple disciplines
- Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the team, ensuring alignment with project and client requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes, particularly in highly serviced environments
- Support project teams during design development and documentation phases
- Mentor and guide junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinators
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities, including processes and tools
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within a Building Services consultancy
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools)
- Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects (data centres or critical infrastructure highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and designers
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead, influence, and drive coordination outcomes
