An opportunity has presented itself for a Level 3 Terminal Operator to join our Tennyson Intermodal team. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that plays a vital role in loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently. What You'll Do As a Level 3 Terminal Operator, you'll play a critical role in the coordination, planning, and safe execution of train movements within the terminal. Reporting to the Supervisor, your day-to-day will include: Efficient assembly and dismantling of trains Operating top lift container forklifts and other load-shifting equipment Processing freight and documentation into a computerised system Conducting train examinations and brake testing Supporting shunting activities as required Adhering to all safe-working and operating procedures This role operates on a rotating shift roster, including nights and weekends. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Heavy Forklift Licence Full Driver's Licence General computer proficiency Experience in train inspection, ground shunt, and trackside safety Shunt driver qualifications (highly regarded) Safety-first mindset and strong accountability Team player with a proactive attitude Why join us?
