Our Maintenance Team is essential in helping us deliver warm, welcoming and well maintained environments across all our homes. We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a hands on and proactive Maintenance Officer to join our growing team. About the Role: As our Maintenance Officer, you will be based across Oaklea Hall and Cheltenham Manor , providing maintenance support, painting works, room refurbishments and presentation improvement projects that directly enhance resident comfort and quality of life. A large focus of this role will involve painting and refurbishment works, helping to maintain bright, welcoming and homelike spaces for residents, families, visitors and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and wants to use their skills to positively impact the community every day. You will work closely with Home Managers and internal teams to proactively identify issues, complete maintenance tasks to a high standard and ensure our homes remain safe, compliant and beautifully presented. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to grow with an organisation and apply their trade skills across a variety of different projects.
