We are seeking compassionate, reliable and committed Personal Care Workers who hold HLTHPS007 – Administer and Monitor Medication Certificate to join our care team.
About the Role
- $36.23 base rate + Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents in line with their individual care plans.
- Administer and monitor medications in accordance with HLTHPS007 training
- Support residents with mobility, meals, hygiene, grooming and social engagement.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and meaningful connection for every resident.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention, safety and manual handling procedures.
- Adhere to infection prevention, workplace health and safety, and quality standards
About You
- HLTHPS007 – Administer and Monitor Medications is essential.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, or Current nursing students who have successfully completed a Pharmacology/Medication Administration unit and are eligible to administer medications within their scope of practice.
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, team-focused approach.
- Reliability and availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check and pre-employment medical.
