About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our Community Mental Health Team. We are looking for someone with a multidisciplinary background who is interested in working full-time supporting people with complex mental health issues.

The Bathurst Adult Community Mental Health Team is a multidisciplinary service comprising professionals from nursing, social work, psychology, occupational therapy and medical backgrounds. The team works collaboratively with consumers, families, community organisations and health services to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and clinical management for adults experiencing mental health challenges.

In this role, you will deliver recovery-oriented, person-centred care and contribute to positive outcomes for consumers within the local community. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to utilise your clinical expertise while partnering with consumers, carers and other service providers to ensure coordinated and effective mental health care. The position is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about community mental health and values working as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality care.
