About the opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a strategic and passionate leader to join our team as Lead, Diversity and Inclusion. In this impactful role, you will oversee the Diversity and Inclusion team, providing expert advice, guidance and practical support to design, implement and evaluate strategies that embed diversity, inclusion and belonging into everyday practice across HealthShare NSW.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Capability, Sourcing and Inclusion, you will contribute to organisationwide priorities and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will deliver evidencebased insights through performance metrics and reporting, while serving as a key reference point for diversity, inclusion and belonging across the organisation.

A key aspect of the role involves regular engagement and collaboration with HealthShare NSW's diverse communities, including our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce, employees with disability, women in leadership, employees from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD), carers, LGBTIQ+ diverse workforce, veterans, and both our mature and younger workforce. These partnerships ensure lived experience, workforce insights and best practice inform inclusive strategies, action plans and outcomes.
