The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and customerfocused Workplace Facilities Assistant to support daytoday office operations across a professional corporate environment. This role is part of a highperforming Workplace team and is responsible for ensuring the office remains safe, presentable, and wellsupported for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
Office operations - Resolve daily workplace issues and escalate where appropriate.
Workplace presentation - Maintain cleanliness across office, kitchen, and shared spaces.
Supplies management - Order, restock, and monitor consumables and office supplies.
Meeting & event support - Set up rooms, move furniture, organise catering, and maintain room tidiness.
Reception coverage - Provide frontofhouse support including calls, visitor management, and courier handling.
Vendor coordination - Liaise with building management and external service providers.
Safety & emergency roles - Act as First Aid Officer and Evacuation Warden.
AV support - Assist with basic meeting room technology and troubleshooting.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Workplace Facilities Manager.
About You
Experience in a corporate or professional environment
Strong organisational skills and a proactive work ethic
Professional presentation and communication skills
Customerservice mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
General knowledge of IT systems and workplace technologies
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e.g., furniture movement)
