- Maintainaccurateinventoryandstorageofcleaningchemicals,supplies, kitchenconsumables,andoperatingequipment
- Manageproperstorage,trackingandupkeepofkitchenequipmentand crockery,ensuringavailabilityandaccountabilityacrossalloutlets
- Create and manage breakage reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to reduce loss
- Keepthoroughrecordsandreportsforauditandcompliancepurposes,ensuringreadinessforinternalandexternalinspections
- Championsafechemicalhandling,WHScomplianceandfoodsafety practiceswithinstewardingoperations
