Bring your accuracy, organisation and people-first approach to a busy Education team supporting casual workforce payroll, scheduling and administration.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll support the coordination of payments of training and subject specific preparation, scheduling and administration for the casual workforce across the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass. Working closely with the Casual Workforce Team, Education colleagues and People & Culture, you’ll help ensure payroll information is accurate, processes run smoothly and stakeholders receive a reliable and positive experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate timesheets for training and subject specific preparation, payment approvals and payroll administration for the casual workforce.
- Support weekly job scheduling and maintain accurate casual workforce information.
- Review and improve processes to support efficient workflows and accurate payroll coordination.
- Partner with Education teams and People & Culture to ensure workforce records align with relevant policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Casual Workforce Team and contribute to a positive stakeholder experience.
- Handle sensitive information and enquiries with sound judgment, discretion and professionalism.
ABOUT YOU
You’re highly organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy operational environment. You enjoy working with people, building positive relationships and contributing to practical solutions that improve processes and service delivery. You’ll also bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle enquiries confidentially.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, digital tools and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver outcomes.
- A proactive, adaptable and curious mindset, with experience in payroll or administration considered advantageous.
