THE POSITION

• Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Preparing and serving cafe-style offerings, including coffee and beverages.
• Supporting daily cafe operations and hospitality functions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Following food safety procedures, allergen management requirements, and workplace health and safety standards.

THE PERSON

• Has experience working in a cafe, hospitality, catering, or food service environment.
• Has barista skills and confidence preparing quality coffee (highly regarded).
• Demonstrates knowledge of food safety standards and allergen management practices.
• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
• Holds a current Working with Children Check or is willing to obtain one.
