The Role This role works closely with the General Manager and Manager, Transport Operations Support to ensure the effective planning, reporting, governance and delivery of branch priorities. Support the flow of information across the branch, coordinator activities and reporting processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational, safety, governance and customer services. You will play an important role in ensuring critical actions, briefings, reports and correspondence and delivered accurately and on time while supporting leadership in managing competing priorities and organisational commitments. In this role, you will: Provide high-level coordination and operational support to senior leadership within Transport Operations coordinate the preparation, tracking and follow-up of reports, briefing, correspondence and branch actions support effective planning, reporting and delivery of key branch priorities maintain systems and processes that monitor performance measures, risk, governance requirements and operational activities develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders prepare clear, accurate reports, briefings and customer correspondence contribute to strong governance, compliance and record management practices To be successful, you will bring: Demonstrated experience providing high-level business, branch coordination or operational support within a complex organisation. proven ability to manage competing priorities while supporting senior leaders and coordinating business workflows. strong experience preparing, tracking and coordinating reports, briefs, correspondence and actions. outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional reports, briefings and correspondence. strong understanding of governance, compliance, record-keeping and organisational accountability requirements. a proven commitment to customer service excellence, workplace safety and continuous improvement.
